Welcome to BuyingTime LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

  • Our Virtual Assistant and related business support services
  • Any products, subscriptions, packages, or consultations we offer
    (Collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our Services. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Scope of Services

BuyingTime LLC provides Virtual Assistant and business support services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Administrative support
  • Scheduling and inbox management
  • Research
  • Customer support
  • Data entry
  • Marketing or operational support
  • Bookkeeping
  • Other agreed-upon tasks

Specific deliverables, turnaround times, and task scope depend on the plan, package, or written agreement between you and BuyingTime LLC.

We reserve the right to refuse tasks that are illegal, unethical, outside scope, or violate our policies.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely access, information, and materials necessary to perform the Services
  • Ensure all materials you provide are lawful and do not infringe any third-party rights
  • Review work products in a timely manner

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing information, late responses, or third-party systems.

5. Payments, Billing & Subscriptions

  • All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees, subscriptions, renewals, and add-ons.
  • Subscription services will auto-renew unless canceled.

6. Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our Services, you may request a 100% refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

After 30 Days

After the first 30 days, refunds are not guaranteed and will be issued only on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Work already completed
  • One-time setup fees or onboarding fees (if applicable)
  • Custom or special projects (unless otherwise stated in writing)

7. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription or services at any time.
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund outside the 30-day guarantee.
  • You remain responsible for any charges incurred before cancellation.

8. Intellectual Property

All tools, systems, processes, templates, and methodologies used by BuyingTime LLC remain our intellectual property.

Upon full payment, you own the work product created specifically for you, excluding our internal systems, templates, and frameworks.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or personal information shared during the engagement.

10. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, growth, or performance outcomes.

We are not responsible for decisions you make based on our work or assistance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuyingTime LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months prior to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BuyingTime LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your business operations or instructions given to us

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services immediately if you:

  • Fail to pay
  • Abuse staff
  • Request illegal or unethical tasks
  • Violate these Terms

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration unless prohibited by law.
