3. Lack of social proof
Have you ever seen a new restaurant while driving around? Maybe at first glance, it looks amazing, but what do most potential diners do next? Typically, the first thing people do is take a look at online reviews to see if it’s worth their time (and money) to visit. If the restaurant has no reviews at all or even a low amount, many people will skip a visit. The same goes for digital courses.
