Life in a Day, 15 Minutes at a Time

Do you ever feel like you don’t have enough time in the day to get through all the things you need to get done?
My philosophy is doing things in smaller chunks helps you get through your day faster.
Here’s an outline of what a typical day for me might look like:
15 minutes at a time
 
My Life in a Day:
6:00am to 6:15am – Check email
6:15am to 6:30am – Financial, pay bills, invoicing
6:30am to 6:45am – Project A for client
6:45am to 7:00am – Check email
7:00am to 7:30am – Project A for client
7:30am to 7:45am – Check email
7:45am to 8:00am – Social Media
8:00am to 8:30am – Marketing
8:30am to 8:45am – Check email
8:45am to 9:00am – Break, Prep for client call
9:00am to 10:00am – Client call
10:00am to 10:15am – Check email
10:15am to 1030am – Social Media
10:30am to 10:45am – Project B for client
10:45am to 11:00am – Prep for client call
11:00am to 12:00pm – Client call
12:00pm to 12:45pm – Lunch
12:45pm to 1:00pm – Prep for VA call
1:00pm to 1:30pm – Check in call with VA
1:30pm to 1:45pm – Check email
1:45pm to 2:00pm – Social Media
2:00pm to 2:15pm – Project B for client
2:15pm to 2:30pm – Prep for webmaster call
2:30pm to 3:00pm – Call with webmaster
3:00pm to 3:15pm – Check email
3:15pm to 3:30pm – Calendar management/review/prep for tomorrow
3:30pm to 3:45pm – Social Media
3:45pm to 4:00pm – Break, prep for client call
4:00pm to 5:00pm – Client call
5:00pm to 5:30pm – Check email
