Notes:

Domain shows that it HAS DKIM and SPF records, though the deliverability panel says the SPF record isn’t correct.
Domain shows mail records are there, for google, for their main mail, but the website fails to send out any emails on testing.
Mail-testing plugin failed to send a test email, and the contact form on the site shows an error when trying to submit the form.

Recommend using SMTP plugin on website to connect the site’s email-sending directly to their google accounts, then updating the mail (DKIM/SPF/DMARC) records as needed.

Notes:

No backup plugin on site, no auto-backups in hosting we can see. Recommend adding an automatic backup plugin and connecting to google drive or dropbox for offsite backups.
